Victory Liquors has been known mainly for two reasons: It's the middle child in Matt Eisler's mini-empire (with hipster-packed Empire Liquors and clubby Elm Street Liquors its younger and older sibs, respectively), and it's the official watch-spot for Notre Dame fans. The mahogany bar, dark wood details and ample historic sports memorabilia are mere accessories to the 29 plasma TVs sprinkled strategically throughout the space.
